Using Notes

How to use invoice notes.

Step 1: When looking at an invoice, go to Notes > Add Note

This will open the note editing window.

Step 2: Enter details for your new Note

  • Enter text into the "add note" box.
  • Click the camera icon to add pictures or documents to the invoice.
  • Click "Save Note" to add your new Note to the note list for that particular invoice.

Step 3: Select for invoice display

Click on the blank box to the right of any given Note (it will turn green). This will ensure that the selected Note is added to the invoice that will be given to the customer.
