Advanced Search

Step 1: In the menu tap Search > Advanced

This will open the "Advanced" search tool.

Step 2: Enter your search criteria

Quick note: Search criteria can be combined in any fashion you choose to find work orders that match said criteria.

Search Criteria:

• Customer Name

• Task, Parts, and Packages: The "Category, Job, and Task" criteria is indexed in the same fashion that you Add Tasks. You can index all the way to the task level, or search all work orders that contain a particular Category of work.

• Instrument: Search all work orders for a particular brand or model, or search for a serial number

• Work Order: Refine your search to the status, employee created by, ID, and dates of the work order.

• Assigned: Search work orders by the employee who created it

Step 3: Tap Search

• When you tap search, a list of relevant results will appear in the table.
• Tap the "Eyecon" to view the work order.
• Tap the "Back" button from the work order to return to the list.

Additional Details

• Tap "Clear" to remove all search criteria.
• Tap the "X" button on any given selection to remove it from your search.
• Notice that on the button right side of the search field box, you can see the number of work orders that match your search criteria.
