How to manage your shop's inventory.

Inventory Management

Step 1: Go to Admin > Tasks, Parts, Packages

This will bring you to your Job Wall.

Step 2: Navigate to the Inventory Management section

At the top right of the page, tap on the dropdown menu and then tap "Inventory". This will open the Inventory Management section of your shop.

In this section, you can navigate through several layers of drop downs. From highest level to lowest level, the drop downs are ordered:

  1. Category
  2. Subcategory
  3. Part

Step 3: Managing inventory

Every level of these drop down menus is editable. Any of the changes made here will be reflected at all workstations in your shop.

Adding a category/subcategory/part:

  • Tap the blue circled plus sign next to the menu you want to add to
  • Fill out the text boxes in the popup menu
  • Tap the green "Save" button

Editing a category/subcategory/part:

  • Tap the grey pencil icon next to the item you want to edit
  • Make revisions to the text boxes in the popup menu
  • Tap the green "Save" button

Deactivating a category/subcategory/part:

  • Tap the grey slider next to the item you want to deactivate
  • Tap the green "Yes" button in the popup menu

Deleting a part:

  • Tap the grey trashcan icon next to the item you want to edit
  • Tap the green "Yes" button in the popup menu
