Create a Custom Report

How to create custom reports within Shopflow.

Step 1: Click Admin> Reports> Admin Search

This will bring you to the custom reports page.

Step 2: Create a custom report

Filter report by using the left panel:

  • Customers: Search specific customers, all customers, companies or non-companies
  • Tasks, Parts, and Packages: Filter at category, job and task level and status and assigned employee.
  • Instruments: Filter by brand, model, serial and reference number.
  • Work Order: filter by which employee created, status, work order ID, and dates assigned to the work order.
  • Assigned: Limit work orders to only those on any bench and by open work orders without any priorities.

Step 3: Choose data to fetch

Select as many desired metrics as you wish using the right panel.

Step 4: Generate report

Scroll to the bottom of the left panel and click the green search button.
